Ancient Power Sealed Cloak. When the entire Dynasty or Vesper Noble set is worn, the Sealed Cloak Slot will be open and one can now wear the cloak. The cloak is exclusively for Shield Masters, Force Masters, Weapon Masters and Bard Mastesr and cannot be used by Kamaels. Enchantment, attribute and smelting are impossible. No exchange/drop available.
